Classes are designed for seniors but open to all. Maintain and or gain mobility, strength, and range of motion to help energize your life.
The instructor Joanne Marco holds a BS degree in Community Health Education and is known throughout the area for her work with seniors.
Body Sculpting
Classes utilize free weights for complete body resistance training. Challenge Yourself!
Instructor Rosina Tenebaum has been teaching Step, Kick boxing, Body Sculpting, and Speed and Agility Training classes for 26 years. She is certified through ACSM, AFAA, ISCA, and Reebok Step.
Pilates
Classes combine Joseph Pilates original system of body conditioning with a mix of other techniques and variations to energize and challenge the body and mind.
Yoga
Classes provide you with the opportunity to continue or begin your Yoga practice.
The Yoga and Pilates instructor Kari McKenna has been teaching Body Alignment, and Balance and Strength for 19 years. She is certified through AAAI and ISMA. |
